When I was 6, I started coming to Rakad Dance Camp. I loved camp, because I loved to dance and have fun with my friends. I knew I wanted to be a leader at Rakad because I want to be able to share this great experience with other young girls.
This is my first year as a leader at Rakad Dance Camp. As a leader at Rakad Dance Camp I will be able to share the love of Jesus through the art of joyful movement and empower girls.
I will be volunteering as a leader for the first time this summer. This means that I will attend training throughout the summer. At training I will help choreograph dances and learn how to lead.
During the week of Rakad Dance Camp, I will have a small group of 5-10 campers. I will play games, teach dances, and share Jesus with these girls.
As a leader, there are a lot of costs. From materials for leadership training to tutus, having volunteers isn't free! I need your support. Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal to cover my leadership costs.
